- **WithFoundry** (Feb 2026–present) — Founder & Builder. Foundry Kit: a production Rails 8 codebase shaped around a founder's idea. Multi-tenant workspaces, authentication, Stripe billing, admin tooling, audit trails, one-click deploy on Heroku/Hetzner/Fly.io. Claude wired into the product core with deep-reasoning chat, custom agent tools, and a built-in MCP server. Postgres + pgvector retrieval, RubyLLM orchestration, GoodJob background processing.
- **DTConnect** (Apr 2025–present) — Lead Engineer & Fractional CTO. Marketplace connecting e-commerce brands with SaaS vendors (Aftersell, Numeral, Fermat). Brand–vendor matching with AI-assisted ranking (RubyLLM + pgvector embeddings), +30% match efficiency, +20% introductions.
- **Askbud** (Jan 2024–present) — Co-Founder & Lead Engineer. AI customer support via QR codes and embeddable widgets. RAG pipelines on Postgres + pgvector, RubyLLM + OpenAI orchestration, multi-tenant Stripe billing.

- **Stenn Technologies** (2023–2024) — Director of Product, Partnerships. Launched the embedded Invoice Financing API for B2B partner platforms; drove SOC 2 Type II.
- **Clearco / ClearX** (2021–2022) — Director of Product & Engineering. Built the M&A marketplace; facilitated >$15M in e-commerce acquisitions in the first 6 months; 50 aggregators, 300 e-commerce businesses.
- **Frontsteps** (2017–2021) — Director of Product, then Application Architect & Team Lead. Migrated 2M+ household users to the new community platform; Rails microservices, Auth0 SSO, Ionic white-label mobile.
- **Evercondo** (2013–2017) — Co-Founder & CTO. Scaled from $18K to $1M ARR in 3 years; 2M+ households; acquired by Frontsteps in 2017.
